SECOND PERSON FIRST PERSON
August 28th, 2011
The unstable position of individual (subject), the impossibility of establishing a clear picture of oneself and the Other, its continuous shifting from one person to another, double lives, a masquerade, a process of determining or changing sex and gender identity, a marginal position in the society, self-censorship or actual existing bans – all of these are topics that have found their characteristic and uncompromising expression in the works of art. THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF YOU DON´T KNOW.
June 20th, 2011
Something that you will deny even exists, until it is too late to do anything about it. It´s the only reason you get up in the morning. The only reason you suffer the shitty puss, the blood, the sweat and the tears. This is because you want people to know how good, generous, funny, wild and clever you really are. Fear or revere me, but please, think I am special. We share an addiction. We´re approval junkies. We are all in it for the slap on the back and the gold watch. The hip-hip-hoo-fuckin´rah. Look at the clever boy with the badge, polishing his trophy. Shine on you crazy diamond, because we are just monkeys wrapped in suits, begging for the approval of others.

“With his last breath he exhales a substance that makes the world vanish from the universe….”
