THE JAZZ THING

I just got from THE THING concert. THE THING is a Scandinavian jazz band and they are not playing just “ordinary” jazz but “power” jazz. Their “power” jazz is very eclectic, full of other musical influences, such as rock and some kind of noise. I have to admit that some of their songs were pretty amazing, composition of sound was so full and dynamic, so I already know what my next my next musical thing will be – check their albums and enjoy their musical creations.

 

I SEE ME IN YOU

You are my reflection. By looking at you, I can recognize myself in you. Anything that is inside of me is also inside of you. You are my discovery, you are my mirror. And why it´s so hard to know each other and why it`s neccessery to spend million of minutes to get to know each other, when we are already carrying each other in ourselves? How can I get lost in you? Are spoken words really needed? Or are they empty? Is feeling everything? Or is just me that I am wondering?

The film has the answers to consumerism`s questions.

The world premiere on 12 th February 2008 at 58th film festival Berlinale in Germany.

 

GOOD BYE TERRY….

… Terry Richardson is definitely one of the craziest fashion photographer ever, an enfant terrible and so were all his campaigns that were made for Italian fashion brand Sisley since 1997. They have become a cult. And now, he is saying good bye to Sisley. Sweden`s photographer Camilla Akrans already shot the spring/summer campaign 2008.

“Terryworld”, a wonderful book about his work was already published by Taschen and a new revised edition of the existing book will be released in April 2008.
